Abstract. Purpose. To develop the architecture of system strategic planning agricultural sector in context formation a new world economic structure. Methods. The following methods were used course study: abstract-logical, monographic, structural and comparative analysis, inductive conclusion. Results practical significance. paper outlines main aspects order, core which is along with development market mechanisms management. role place state regulation are outlined. evolution agrarian economy conditions changing patterns presented.
